  • Do you also repair any other devices other than listed?
    • Our lists is always expanding, contact us if you do not see your device listed. At this moment we are only working on Apple iPhone's sent via mail. All other devices can be repaired with walk-in at store location only
  • What if my device is not repairable?
    • There are rare times where a device is too damaged beyond repair, if so we will gladly return your device and refund your purchase
  • How long does mail-in service process take?
    • As soon as we receive your device it takes us 1-3 business days to complete job and ship back to you.
  • Do you offer any refunds?
    • Because we are providing labor we do not offer any refunds once job is complete unless device is too damaged beyond repair
  • Can you do custom design work?
    • At this moment we are only repairing devices with OEM quality parts only
  • How long is your warranty?
    • 90-day LIMITED WARRANTY from date of shipment or invoice, covers only specified parts repaired
  • I need my phone fixed as soon as possible, can you accommodate me?
    • We will try our very best to send you on your way with a smile :)
  • Since this is a lounge, do you offer any beverages?
    • We are working on that, check back soon.
